Returns & Refunds

My real products on this web site are to offer hope, inspiration, and encouragement. Products and services, such as books, down loads, workshops, and services, are how I offer this to you. My desire is that you feel that you have been treated well. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any product from me, and you want to return it or get a refund, I wish to make that easy for you. Keeping that in mind, here are the ways you can go about this:

BOOKS must be returned in their original condition, unless they were defective or were damaged when you received them. If this requirement is met and no more than 30 days have passed since you purchased the items you are returning, a refund will be issued without question. Refunds will always be issued in the same manner as payment was received (for example: payment by debit card will result in a refund by debit card). Shipping costs are never refunded. We will notify you by email when the products you return are received. Please allow up to 10 business days for the processing of your refund after you have been notified that the products have arrived.

DOWNLOADS cannot be returned unless they are deemed inherently defective and unusable. You must verify the compatibility of your system before buying downloadable items. Incompatibility with your system is not an acceptable reason for a refund.

WORKSHOP FEES such as Beautifully Gifted I, II, or Sacred Stories are unique to these events. Please contact me to learn about refund/cancellation policies for each workshop.

CONSULTING FEES are non-refundable as I offer my services as a fee-for-time service.
